Job summary
The Financial Reporting Manager is a key contributor to the Global Corporate Controllership Group in terms of preparing internal reports for use by Senior Management and Audit Committee of the Board of Directors and compliance with external financial reporting requirements for submission to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
The role involves supervising the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process including preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements for submission to the SEC and/or Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), performance of financial accounting analysis, monitoring of intercompany balances reconciliation, review and validation of input data, processing of consolidation entries.
