This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Specialist located in Biñan, Laguna, Philippines.
The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing and processing employee payroll, including calculating wages, handling payroll taxes, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Key responsibilities include processing garnishments, maintaining accurate payroll records, and addressing payroll-related inquiries.The role requires a detail-oriented individual with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality, ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery for all company employees.
QualificationsExperience and expertise in Payroll Processing and Payroll Administration
Capability to manage Payroll Taxes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Knowledge of handling Garnishments and proficiency in Payroll Services
Strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and attention to detail
Proficiency with payroll software and basic accounting principles
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Familiarity with labor laws and tax regulations is a plus
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
