• Regular visit with dealers, existing customers and potential customers to maintain and ensure healthy customer – supplier relationship.
• Communication of customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.
• Receiving and coordination of all sales inquiries of assigned area in line with the company's sales policies.
• Ensure all programs for dealers and customers are well-implemented and in accordance to guidelines set.
• Implement and monitor budgeted and approved sales and marketing activities to ensure optimization of cost to targeted incremental sales volume.
• Monitor the different strategies in execution to ensure goals are met.
• Submit report of sales targets and accomplishments in a timely manner.
