- Handle daily management of Amazon Vendor Central and support Seller Central when needed
- Manage purchase orders (POs), shipments (ASN), and inventory tracking
- Monitor stock levels, forecasts, and sales trends to avoid out-of-stock issues
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and Brand teams to solve operational issues affecting sales
- Maintain and update product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords, images)
- Optimize listings to improve search ranking and conversion
- Manage A+ Content, Brand Story, and Storefront updates
- Regularly check and fix issues such as:
- Suppressed listings
- Stranded inventory
- Incorrect variations (parent/child)
- Missing attributes or compliance flags
- Support new product (ASIN) setup with correct content, images, and compliance
- Support major campaigns like Prime Day, seasonal events, and promotions
- Manage promotional tools such as:
- Coupons
- Prime Discounts
- Lightning Deals / Best Deals
- Help monitor pricing and ensure competitiveness and price accuracy
- Create and manage Amazon cases to resolve issues such as:
- Shipment or receiving problems
- Chargebacks and disputes
- Listing policy or compliance issues
- Track issues internally and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor and report key Amazon metrics weekly/monthly, including:
- Sales
- Traffic
- Conversion rate
- ROAS/ACOS (if ads involved)
- In-stock rate and listing health
- Identify opportunities to improve:
- Search visibility
- Conversion (content and images)
- Inventory and promotion performance
- Prepare weekly action plans and priority tasks
- Suggest quick improvements and long-term growth ideas (A+ refresh, Store updates, variation optimization)
- Work with Customer Service on order issues, reviews, and customer feedback trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field
- At least 4+ years of experience in eCommerce or Marketplace Operations
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central (preferred) and Seller Central (required or highly desirable)
- Experience managing marketplaces like Amazon, Shopify, or WooCommerce is a plus
- Strong Excel or data analysis skills
- Good organizational and project management skills
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and online merchandising is an advantage

Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Marketplace Operations Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Amazon Vendor Central (1P) and Seller Central (3P). This person will help manage and improve our Amazon store's daily operations, including listings, inventory, pricing, promotions, and issue resolution.
You will work closely with the eCommerce Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while also helping grow sales through better content, visibility, and performance on Amazon.
