Perform clerical and administrative functions such as email correspondence scheduling appointments and organizing and maintaining paper and electronic file records Receive and relay telephone messages to respective lawyers photocopy scan fax Assist Lawyers Responsible for handling front office reception and administrative duties including greeting guests answering phone calls and handling company inquiries.
