- Contribute to international OT cybersecurity initiatives aimed at implementing cybersecurity technologies/solutions across essential manufacturing facilities globally, mitigating cyber threats and addressing asset risks/vulnerabilities in OT domains.
- Ensure the successful delivery of project milestones by providing technical insights for OT cybersecurity project engineering, encompassing aspects such as cyber architecture/engineering, scrutinizing design/OT system architecture, integration, fine-tuning, and offering technical support.
- Foster collaboration with diverse OT cybersecurity platform providers to facilitate the seamless integration of cybersecurity technologies/solutions into OT/IT domains, extending support into the operational phase.
- Collaborate with a broad spectrum of local and global OT/IT teams with diverse professional backgrounds, ensuring the timely completion of OT cybersecurity project scopes.
- Participate in the deployment, troubleshooting, configuration, and system management of OT cybersecurity technologies/solutions, gaining proficiency and training until the operational phase.
- Accountable for overseeing the administration of the OT/IT/IoT industrial cybersecurity technologies/solution platform, encompassing various cybersecurity control requirements such as: Asset management, Backup & Restoration management, Identity & Access management. Security certificate application & licenses renewal, Patch management, Security policy and configuration management, Change management, Vulnerability management
- Coordinate and manage security vendors to address product issues, including patch/software updates, solution deployment, and troubleshooting to resolve identified issues.
- Respond to incidents in the OT industrial cybersecurity solution platform managed by the cyber security service provider, following established process workflows/tasks and escalating to designated platform support teams.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the external cyber security service provider against the service contract scopes. Highlight instances of non-compliance in reports, identifying patterns that warrant attention for improvement.
- Engage in the assessment of OT cybersecurity technologies/solutions for potential Proof of Concept (PoC), validating the effectiveness of each security control and ensuring its suitability for implementation.
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-10 years of combined experience in Operational Technology (OT) and Cyber Security, preferably in a manufacturing plant.
- Hands-on experience in Operational Technology (OT) Systems (Designing, Commissioning, Maintaining) and Instrumentation Systems (e.g., ICS, DCS, SIS, FGS, AMS [Emerson DeltaV, Schneider Electric, Honeywell], PLC [Siemens, Bently Nevada, Triconex, Mitsubishi], HMI/SCADA [Citec]).
- Basic understanding of IT/OT network communication protocols.
- Practical knowledge and applied experience with global OT cybersecurity standard frameworks such as ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP-800-82, SANS Controls, ISO/IEC 27001.
- Experience with cloud-based industrial cybersecurity solution platforms for OT/IT/IoT, like Claroty, Nozomi, Industrial Defender ASM, Darktrace/OT.
- Familiarity with ISA-99 Purdue Model, OT network security architecture, network security techniques, and standards.
- Desired Certification, e.g., Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP), is advantageous
