    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Work closely with our sales team to cultivate the sales pipeline through qualifying marketing leads and conducting strategic outbound campaigns
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing to prioritize efforts, refine selling strategies, end results, and next steps
    • Proactively research and prospect to conduct outbound cold calling and lead nurturing
    • Engage with key decision-makers in a focused number of small, medium & large-sized businesses to generate interest in our solutions
    • Build and nurture prospects through regular follow-ups, identifying customer pain points, and showcasing how Deltek solutions can help improve their business
    • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales representatives
    • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly meetings, pipeline, and activity goals, while being able to report on lead results and performance

    Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

    • 1-2 years of business experience, prefer results-oriented or sales environment
    • Willingness to learn and knowing how to adapt to constructive feedback
    • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed sales targets.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
    • Strong negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
    • Comfortable making phone calls in an open and positive environment
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience using CRM applications ) as a plus
    • Proven track record of lead gen quota attainment in a B2B environment
    • Willing to work ANZ hours
