Job Description

Responsible achieving sales target (Weekly, Monthly, Annually)
Generate Qualified Loan Consultant/Agent Leads through cold calling, area mapping/saturation, referral, and listings
Conduct Sales Calls and presentations/Orientations
Drives effort and initiates Loan Consultant Generation Activities
Generate sales growth by studying the existing output and behavior of Loan Consultants
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Report recruitment and sales performance to Sales & Marketing Head /Relationship Manager
Filing of loan application and encoding sales data in the system for proper monitoring
Checking the compliance of loan release documents
Strategize sales approach to effectively bring in new clients

Achieve and exceed goals through sales strategies, clientele, sourcing new customers and maintaining and building productive long-term relationships with existing customers.

Generate Sales Leads (loan application)
Recruit more new Loan Consultants/Agent and retain more active Agents
Increase engagement of Agents (frequent communication)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any business-related field.
With proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing or a similar position in the Sales Department.
Demonstrate excellent knowledge of various marketing tactics.
Create strategies, set up sales plans, create engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional content.
