The role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper with strong experience in QuickBooks and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, and supporting clients
Your Responsibilities
Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations on a regular basis
Record daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy in the general ledger
Manage invoicing, billing, and collections processes
Prepare financial reports such as profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports
Handle payroll support and expense tracking as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and basic accounting standards
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
Coordinate with internal teams and clients (especially US-based) regarding financial data and documentation
Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping, reporting, and account management
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
At least 2-3 years of work experience
Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop)
Experience working with US clients or US accounting processes is highly preferred
Good written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
