    DIGITAL/SOCIAL MEDIA SUPERVISOR – JOB DESCRIPTION

    POP MART Philippines Digital Supervisor oversees and guides social media activities, ensuring strategic alignment and optimal performance across SNS platforms. He or she will develop and implement social media strategies, manage content and analyze performance, working closely and directly with Marketing Manager.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Strategic Planning:

    Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives, including content creation, campaign planning, and audience engagement.

    • Content Management:

    Oversee content creation, scheduling, and publication across various social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and relevance.

    • Performance Analysis:

    Monitor social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions), identify trends, and optimize campaigns for better results.

    • Collaboration:

    Work closely with external agencies and internal stakeholders/departments.

    • Digital Savviness:

    Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

    SKILLS

    • A degree in Marketing
      , Events or Communications or of any related degree, and
      3-5 years
      of experience in a marketing / events planning related field
    • Able to handle multiple postings on social media.
      Has handled social media posting with
      5-10 postings
      per day with multiple edits within the day, familiar on major social platforms Facebook, Instagram, X and TikTok and etc.
    • Strategic Thinking:

    Ability to develop and execute social media strategies that align with goals.

    • Content Creation:

    Proficiency in writing, editing, and creating engaging content for various platforms.

    • Data Analysis:

    Ability to analyze social media performance data and identify trends to inform future strategies.

    • Communication:

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with followers, clients, and team members. Must be fluent in English.

    • Technical Proficiency:

    Familiarity with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and other relevant technologies.
