    Job summary

    The Zoho Desk Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing, testing, maintaining primarily Zoho Desk but may also include other Zoho applications such as Zoho Creator, Work Drive, etc.

    Job responsibilities1. ZOHO APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE


    • Develop and customize Zoho applications to meet the specific needs of our organization, ensuring
    seamless integration and user-friendly interfaces


    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, designers and project managers,
    to define software requirements and specifications


    • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies and apply this knowledge to improve
    software development practices


    • Optimize software performance and troubleshoot bottlenecks
    • Coordinate with Zoho support team when necessary, to explore possible solutions and work-arounds to
    meet the requirements of internal clients.

    • WORKFLOW AUTOMATION
    • Create and implement workflow automation processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and
    enhance data accuracy

    • TROUBLESHOOTING AND TESTING
    • Identify and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner
    • Test and verify software functionality, performance and security
    • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure software quality and reliability
    • DATA MANAGEMENT
    • Manage and maintain data within Zoho applications, including data migration, data cleansing, and data
    integrity

    • INTEGRATION
    • Integrate Zoho applications with other third-party tools and platforms to ensure data continuity and
    synchronization

    • REPORTING AND ANALYTICS
    • Develop reports and dashboards for data analysis and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • USER TRAINING AND SUPPORT
    • Provide training to end-users and offer ongoing support for Zoho applications, addressing any technical
    issues or concerns

    • DOCUMENTATION
    • Create and maintain technical documentation, including configurations, customizations, user manual,
    systems architecture and best practices


    • Maintain detailed documentation of Zoho applications, including configurations, customizations, and best
    practices


    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or any related field
    • With at least 2 years experience in Zoho Desk development and other Zoho solutions
    • Requires solid knowledge on PL/SQL
    • Strong programming and scripting skills (e.g. PHP, Deluge, and Javascript)
    • Familiarity with software development methodologies, technologies and best practices
    • Knowledge of software testing and debugging techniques
    • Adept with databases, web technologies and APIs
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
    • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
    • Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to new technologies
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills
