Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:Payroll Associate:
- Assist in end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and deductions.
- Verify and record employee work hours, overtime, leaves, and absences for payroll processing.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll tax filings, benefits contributions, and other statutory deductions.
- Assist in preparing payroll reports related to expenses, tax filings, and reconciliations.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding salary, benefits, tax deductions, and payslips.
- Stay up to date with payroll laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
Qualifications for Payroll Associate:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling payroll data.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of payroll processing and tax regulations is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software (training will be provided as needed).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php11, Php12,000.00 per month
