Job summary
The Manager Sales Operations' primary duty is to ensure NICE sales decision making is fact-based and prospecting efforts are efficient and effective and ultimately to improve margins on sales and marketing efforts.This position continuously evolves business intelligence through the strategic use of analytics and the development of our CRM. Additionally, the Sales Operations Manager position also consists of Business Analytics, Sales Process Management,
and Sales Reporting.
The work is based on market research, sales data captured by the Salesforce application, thorough analysis,
and discussions with business partners.
