- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field (preferred but not strictly required if skills are proven).
- At least 3–4 years of experience in Excel automation, system development, or related roles. Experience in building dashboards, automated trackers, or internal reporting systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, PivotTables, Power Query is a plus)
- VBA Macro development
- Google Sheets advanced functions
- Google Apps Script (preferred)
- Strong logical and analytical skills
- Understanding of data structure and validation principles

As a Process Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in developing internal systems, automating reports, and building structured tools that improve operational efficiency across departments. You will work closely with the Process Improvement Manager to design, develop, and maintain data-driven solutions using Excel, Google Sheets, scripts, and macros.
This role requires strong logical thinking, advanced formula skills, and the ability to translate operational needs into functional automated systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and optimize complex formulas in Excel and Google Sheets (e.g., INDEX-MATCH, XLOOKUP, ARRAYFORMULA, QUERY, FILTER, nested IF, logical functions).
Develop and maintain VBA macros and Google Apps Script automations to reduce manual processes and improve workflow efficiency.
Design and build interactive dashboards, KPI trackers, monitoring sheets, and automated reporting tools for multiple departments.
Collaborate with process owners to convert manual processes into structured digital systems with proper validation, controls, and audit tracking.
Handle data preparation, validation rules, error-proofing mechanisms, and structured database setup to ensure system accuracy.
Provide technical support during process improvement initiatives by creating tools, trackers, and automation solutions aligned with business objectives.
Troubleshoot errors, optimize existing tools, and continuously enhance systems for better performance and scalability.
