- Responsible for processing accounts payable. Ensures that all payables must be properly supported by original sales invoice, delivery receipts, receiving reports and purchase orders.
- Sees to it that the accounting entries are charged to its proper account titles and correct expanded withholding tax rates are being applied.
- Prepares Monthly Accounts Payable Schedules and Schedule of Expanded Withholding Tax for BIR purposes.
- Prepares Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements and other accounting related schedules.
