    Responsibilities

    • Support FP&A's core functions, including preparing business projections, annual budgeting, and conducting continuous variance analysis.
    • Aid in compiling monthly operational and financial data and insights for both internal (executives) and external (investors) stakeholders.
    • Create monthly reports on crucial metrics, financial outcomes, and variations from projections.
    • Assist in developing content and analysis for quarterly Board meetings.
    • Facilitate data consolidation efforts by presenting information consistently in a user-friendly manner, incorporating graphical representations of key trends and insights within the business.
    • Assist in forecasting entities' P&L for tax submission purposes.
    • Engage in strategic initiatives such as providing support for M&A activities (buy-side) and potential capital-raising transactions (sell-side).
    • Execute other pertinent responsibilities as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in areas including audit/transaction services at a major/Big 4 accounting firm, consultancy, investment banking, strategy consulting, private equity/venture capital, or FP&A/strategic finance within a technology-driven corporation. Experience in a dynamic, high-growth setting is a bonus.
    • Demonstrated strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with advanced skills in constructing financial models such as 3-statement, DCF, and Merger.
    • Passion for financial data and analytics.
    • Desire to learn with a keenness to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
    • Previous experience collaborating with diverse teams across various geographies and cultural backgrounds is advantageous.
