As a Project Manager, you will be in-charge of the following responsibilities:

Pre-Construction Management

A. Perform site survey, site measurement, and data gathering together with the designated designer upon site turnover of Franchise and Business Development. B. Review the plans submitted by the designer and recommends necessary changes that will improve project efficiency. C. Prepare budget requirements for the assigned project based on the project plan submitted by the designer. D. Prepare bid documents and conduct bidding on the assigned project. Analyze and negotiate the best deal with different contractors on the submitted bids. E. Prepare and submit requisition of company-owned supplied materials and equipment. Ensure materials requested are within. F. Coordinate with different suppliers on the delivery and installation of the company-owned supplied materials and equipment.

2. Quality and Cost Control Management

A. Conduct periodic inspection of facilities and/or construction sites in accordance to quality standards. B. Conduct risk assessments and develop alternatives to eliminate risks. C. Ensure completion of project within the budgeted cost and take appropriate measures of cost control.

3. Contractor Management

A. Act as a liaison of the company to establish a professional relationship with contractors and suppliers to provide quality service or product at the most cost-effective price for both parties. B. Influence contractors and suppliers to perform accordingly to the set guidelines. C. Ensure contractors/suppliers are able to demonstrate necessary quality control measures. Report deviation to Design and Construction Manager and contractor.

4. On time Completion

A. Supervise, monitor, and coordinate the progress of the construction project. Proactively manage changes and devise contingency plans. B. Track project milestones and deliverables. Regularly communicate progress to Design and Construction Manager and FBD Department.

Qualifications:

Work Experience - Must have at least 5 years in similar fields; at least 3 years of which in similar capacity.
Education - Must have a degree in Architecture or Engineering, preferably Civil. Post graduate studies a plus.
Certification - Board Passer if Civil Engineer or Architect.
Work Location - Head Office based but must be willing to travel. (Paranaque)
Others: Must be literate on MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Open Office
