    Duties and Responsibilities:


    Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company's plans and vision and communicate them to subordinatesSetting KPI target performance for Sales and Margin.

    Monitoring of branch aging items and inventory level.
    Ensure that the company's policies and procedures are implemented and undertake disciplinary actions if needed.
    Ensure that all daily, weekly, and monthly reports are submitted on time.
    Handle all complaints promptly and thoroughlyMonitoring and approval of branch expenses.
    Create in-store and online promotions.
    Ensure that work areas are safe all the time.
    Reporting to higher management the branch performances once a month.
    Disseminate information from higher management to employees and vice versaMonitoring of RMA.Approval of all branch transactions.
    Securing permitsApproved Pull-out of items.
    AR monitoringRequired to attend meetings, events, trainings.

    Manage FB child pagesMonitoring chat responses, comments, answering on timeMonthly meeting with the branchResponsible to discuss all store guidelinesCascading memos from all departmentsPetty cash reportStaff CoachingCreating staff schedule and DTRPerformance AppraisalStaff recommendations and promotionsConduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasingAGE: 25-40 years old
