DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote and sell products to customers and offers service design, standardization, and customization.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending nmew opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Performing sales prospecting activities on a routine basis and providing competitive market feedback.
- Creating and managing overall action plans to exceed qouta for your territory.
- Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with the customers and supervisor.
- Respond to incoming email, phone enquiries and negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
- Build and maintain positice work relationship with customer to create a rapport that facilitates patronage and generates revenue.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Travel in any points of Mindanao to have market saturation.
Education:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business Management/Administration.
Work Experience:
- At least two (2) year related auto/heavy equipment sales experience, or as Sales Advisor.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge in Auto, Trucks and Bus specifications
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Excellent in communication and written skills
- Basic Knowledge in designing and customizing units
- Good in parts and services cost estimates and must be good in number
- Professional Driver
