As a US Bookkeeper, you will oversee daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and reconciling entries for multiple accounts. You will also manage accounts receivable/payable, process payroll promptly, and monitor budget variances, maintaining comprehensive records and generating relevant reports and financial statements.

• Degree in business administration, accounting, finance or relevant field
  
• 1 + years bookkeeping and/or accounting experience
  
• Strong knowledge of payroll and bookkeeping principles
  
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
  
• Experience with QuickBooks Online preferred
  

• Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
  
• Review financial transactions for accuracy
  
• Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements
  
• Recording of debits and credits
  
• Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system
  
• Reconciling entries to balance multiple accounts
  
• Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
  
• Monitor any variances from the projected budget
