    * Responsibilities:

    • Maintains employee and organization information through Personnel Administration and Organization Management in HRMS and SuccessFactors
    • Handles concerns and resolves cases and issues through HR Case Management (HRCM)
    • Makes the initiative for bringing up issues to the relevant parties and demanding improvements of tools, routines and processes in order to work most efficiently.
    • Liaises between COE SF Service Delivery and stakeholders.
    • Assists in developing operational plans to make processes more efficient.
    • Assists in implementing changes in processes and ways of working including alignment with global standards.
    • Protects the integrity of Personal Data when handling, processing, and accessing Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

    * Requirements:

    • with SAP SuccessFactors background
    • Operational Excellence First Time Right
    • Excellent Interpersonal Skills (oral and written)
    • Good problem-solving and logical reasoning skills
    • Highly analytical and diligent to details
    • Outstanding quality approach and customer focus
    • Results/goal oriented, organized, flexible and a phenomenal teammate
    • Bachelors degree in HR or equivalent
    • At least six (6) months work experience as HR Administrator Service Delivery
