Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversees the manning, employee engagement, retention, and other HR-related concerns that will have an impact to PC business
• Collaborates with the Cluster Heads in terms of manning, performance, employee discipline, succession planning, and other HR-related concerns
• Attends to Core Business employees concerns
• Process admin cases
• Execute engagement activities
• Talent Management

Job Specifications

• Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related course
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as an HR Generalist
• Preferably with background in Labor Relations, Performance Management, and Talent Management
• Preferably with experience managing multiple branches or locations
