    JOB OVERVIEW:

    We are a fast-growing online coaching company generating a high volume of inbound leads through SMS marketing and social media DMs. We are looking for an elite-level Virtual Assistant Appointment Setter to manage inbound conversations, qualify prospects, build rapport, and book qualified calls onto our calendar.

    This is not a passive customer service role. This is a high-energy, performance-driven sales support position for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves high-volume interaction, and takes pride in converting conversations into booked appointments.

    JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Primary Responsibilities

    1. Inbound SMS Campaign Management

    • Respond to high volumes of inbound SMS marketing replies
    • Follow structured scripts and objection-handling frameworks
    • Ask discovery questions to qualify leads
    • Move conversations toward booked appointments
    • Maintain fast response times (speed-to-lead is critical)\
    • Track and follow up with warm leads consistently

    2. Social Media DM Appointment Setting

    • Manage inbound Instagram, Facebook, and other platform DMs
    • Facilitate community engagement while identifying sales opportunities
    • Qualify prospects using provided frameworks
    • Book calls directly into our scheduling system
    • Maintain organized tracking of conversations and statuses

    3. Lead Qualification & Sales Execution

    • Ask strategic discovery questions
    • Identify buying intent and qualification criteria
    • Overcome basic objections using provided scripts
    • Ensure only qualified prospects are booked
    • Accurately document conversation details in CRM

    4. Follow-Up & Pipeline Management

    • Execute structured follow-up sequences
    • Re-engage cold or unresponsive leads
    • Maintain inbox zero mindset
    • Ensure no qualified prospect slips through the cracks

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:
