    Shift: Day Shift, Weekends Off

    Salary: PHP 80,000 to PHP 120,000 with sign-on bonus equivalent to 1-month salary

    The Qualifications We Seek

    • Bachelor's degree in Business or Commerce, major in Accounting
    • CPA or equivalent professional qualification
    • 4-5+ years of external audit experience in a reputable Philippine audit firm
    • Senior or Assistant Manager-level experience; Big Four background strongly preferred
    • Proven end-to-end external audit experience (planning, risk assessment, test of controls, substantive procedures, and completion)
    • Exposure to listed and non-listed entities (mining, oil & gas, retail, manufacturing, technology, etc.)
    • Strong knowledge of relevant accounting and auditing standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance frameworks
    • Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and team collaboration skills
    • Prior experience supervising or reviewing junior audit staff is an advantage

    Your Daily Tasks

    • Identify and address technical accounting and audit issues
    • Review financial statements for compliance with Accounting Standards and prepare reports and management opinions
    • Perform reviews of audit work and summarize key engagement areas for the partner
    • Conduct simultaneous audit engagements with multiple team members
    • Manage and coordinate audit teams, ensuring training, mentoring, and methodology compliance
    • Monitor staffing requirements and resource planning
    • Assist partners and managers with business development and marketing initiatives
