    About The Role

    Each and every day our claims team works to ensure that our clients are maximizing the value they are receiving from Claimit. You will be responsible for analyzing supplier-caused errors/incidents, submitting claims, and following them through to their final acceptance. You will be dealing with invoice and billing issues as well as processing and chasing lost claims. To do this, you will collaborate with teammates in all facets of the business notably Sales and Product.

    Key Responsibilities

    • You support customers through managing disputes, claims, and other exceptions
    • related to billing
    • Youll be proactively identifying claims and processing them through our systems
    • You'll communicate with the couriers where necessary to chase claims
    • Youll communicate with stakeholders and report on claims performance metrics and escalate any supplier disputes to your Line Manager
    • You'll perform ad-hoc, once-off admin processes such as updating Excel tables as
    • needed
    • You'll contribute to the team effort by accomplishing results as needed
    • You'll maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential

    Experienced Required

    • 2+ years of work experience in operations, customer service, account management or
    • sales in the logistics/transportation industry Demonstrated experience in building rapport over the telephone and overcoming
    • objections in a customer service environment required
    • Passion for technology and data
    • Obsessive attention to detail
    • Proven problem-solving results
    • Excellent English written & spoken communication skills
