Job summary

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least 1 to 2 years of experience as an HR Assistant with expertise in Recruitment Performance Management Employee Labor & Relations Compensation & Benefits Payroll Employee Engagement and HR Administration. Strong knowledge of HR best practices employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to build relationships with department heads and employees at all levels. High level of organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience as an HR Assistant or a similar position with expertise in HR functions such as Recruitment Performance Management Employee Labor & Relations Compensation & Benefits Payroll Employee Engagement and HR Administration.
