- Master's Degree in Nursing (MN, MAN, MSN) or any allied Health Sciences program

- Facilitate learning and evaluation of nursing students and instructors within specialized areas
- Supervise and guide students during clinical and skills laboratory exposure
- Develop and regularly update nursing course curricula
- Conduct annual inventory of laboratory equipment, tools, and consumables
- Prepare and manage the annual budget for the Virtual Skills Laboratory
- Supervise nurse instructors in grade evaluation and submission of academic requirements
- Represent the institution in presenting training proposals to partner universities, hospitals, and corporate agencies
- Assist students with enrolment and online registration concerns
- Communicate with potential clients and stakeholders
- Teach nursing courses through online and face-to-face modalities
