What you will do:

• The Restaurant Manager is responsible for assisting the Food & Beverage Director in coordinating all phases of restaurant/outlets service operations in the Hotel; coordinate these activities on a daily basis; assist in program planning and quality control. Maintain the services and reputation of the Hotel and act as a management representative.
• Provide leadership, Oversee the dining area, supervises food and beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies that he or she may help establish.
• Creates a positive team atmosphere among Team Members.
• Maintains records of staff periodic manner and operating costs.
• Provides feedback and coaching to the Team regularly.
• Understands building capability through Cross training
• Treats all Team Members fairly, with respect.
• Sets high standards for appropriate team behavior on shift.
• Works with food and beverage staff to ensure proper food presentation and proper food-handling procedures.
• Handle guest complaints in restaurants.
• Schedules periodic food and beverage service staff meetings to ensure correct interpretation of policies and obtain feedback from staff members.
• Maintain budget and employee records, prepare payroll, and pay bills, or monitor bookkeeping records.
• Meet with sales representatives to order supplies such as tableware, cooking utensils, and cleaning items.
• Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and other services.
• Total receipts and balance against sales, deposit receipts, and lock facility at end of day.
• Ensures new products are executed properly following roll-out.
• Is capable of handling irate customers with a friendly/calm attitude.
• Personnel selection.
• Proper hiring procedures followed.
• Proper termination procedures must be followed.
• Participation towards overall Hotel Maintenance and cleanliness.
• Achieving service quality that exceeds expectations.
• Overall maintenance of the operation at a level in keeping with the standards prescribed.
• Report any deficiencies in equipment and facilities.
• Department meeting being held weekly
• P&L monthly meeting.
• High employee retention.
• Personal development and growth.
• Teamwork-Relations with co-workers and management.
• All other duties assigned by Food & Beverage Director

What we need:

• Familiar with the Philippines Labor Market
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent People's management skills
• College education or higher
• Previous experience in similar role or 8-10 years of Western ops
• Good understanding of Western Dining service

• Excellent verbal communication in English
• Basic written & spoken Tagalog
• Professional appearance
• Ability to function well as part of a team
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
