Position Summary: The junior accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall financial health of the Adlumin organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
. Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and maintaining financial records
. Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions related to Adlumin's cybersecurity SaaS services
. Process vendor invoices and payments efficiently
. Assist in managing customer invoicing and accounts receivable collections
. Monitor and analyze project costs, ensuring alignment with budgetary guidelines
. Work closely with project managers to track expenses and maintain accurate project financials
. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
. Generate financial analyses and reports to support decision making processes
. Reconcile bank statements to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly
. Stay informed about industry-specific financial regulations and ensure compliance
. Collaborate with internal teams to implement and maintain financial controls
. Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and information
. Assist in implementing audit recommendations
. Undertake special financial projects and perform additional tasks as directed by the senior accounting team

Requirements:
. Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, finance, mathematics, related field or equivalent experience
. 1-2 years of demonstrated accounting experience
. Familiarity with accounting principles and practices in the SaaS industry
. Proficiency in cloud-based financial management systems, accounting software, HubSpot, Microsoft Excel
. Familiarity with RAMP
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
