Job summary
We are hiring a Retention Systems Lead to own and operate lifecycle marketing across email and SMS for global direct-to-consumer brands.This is a hands-on execution role where you will personally work inside lifecycle tools, build and manage flows, analyze performance, and decide what to send and what not to send.
You will be based on-site in Quezon City working inside a purpose-built studio office that serves as the global operating headquarters for our brands,
Responsibilities
- Build manage optimize lifecycle email flows welcome post-purchase winback subscription
- Plan execute retention campaigns across email SMS
- Analyze retention performance using cohorts metrics deliverability signals
- Making decisions reduce stop sending when data indicates risk fatigue Document lifecycle logic decisions results clearly Work closely analysts CRO teams operations Help define eventually build high-performance retention team
Required Experience

- Hands on experience in CRM marketing including 6 months built managing managing retentions cycles
- Direct experience working Klaviyo similar automation platforms
- Built managed coordinated multiple campaign systems via automated workflows
