    THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

    40%-Assists in the implementation and monitoring of HRMD/HRD programs, projects and activities under the Human Resource Information System
    10%-Drafts policies, procedures and guideline on the Human Resource Information System
    10%-Maintaining data information in HRMD's database to provide complete and accurate information when needed (Regular and Non-Regular Employees of TESDA)
    20%-Generates accurate and updated data and preparation of reports concerning the TESDA employee database (Regular and Non-Regular)
    10%-Manages the Human Resource Information System
    10%-Preforms other related functions.
