  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Manage breakfast guest list, reservations, waiting list and seating arrangements
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Handle guest concerns or complaints courteously and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as booking logs and guest records
