A leading global organisation is seeking a Global Tax Director to provide strategic direction and governance across all corporate tax matters ensuring compliance and optimising the company's worldwide tax position.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global tax strategies that minimise liabilities while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Provide expert guidance on tax implications for business expansion restructuring mergers and acquisitions and cross-border transactions advising senior leadership on financial impact and risk.
