    Qualifications:1.Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE)/ Civil Engineering Technology (CET) or equivalent.2.A combination of experience, education, and training equivalent to BSCE/CET.3.Ability to independently plan and organize one's own activities.


    Duties and Responsibility:
    1.Assist in performing routine tests on compression.

    (Compressive Strength of Cylinder, Beams, and Cubes (e.g., Grout, Epoxy, etc.); Compressive Strength of Concrete Hollow Blocks)2.Assist in performing other tests according to specifications and laboratory standards.3.Responsible for proper handling and storage of test samples and disposal of the tested samples.4.Train to ensure that incoming samples are in good condition or comply with the standard specification as needed.5.Train to prepare test samples before testing.6.Train to operate the compression machine by proper procedure with supervision.7.Responsible for verification and monitoring, proper usage, and storage of all equipment and supplies needed for testing.8.Submit test results to the logger for computation.9.Responsible for orderliness, cleanliness, and securing the concrete area.10.Identify risks and report risks to the Section Head of the department.

    May also conduct risk assessment under the supervision of the Section Head.11.Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations12.Expected to act professionally in the workplace.13.Continuously learn and self-improve14.Performs other related duties that may assign.
