    About the Role

    We are looking for motivated and analytical finance professionals to join our Financial Management Team (FMT). This role is open to candidates who can be assessed for either Supervisor or Manager level, creating a strong talent pipeline for current and future leadership needs.

    In this role, you will be at the center of our budgeting and financial planning processes—transforming financial data into meaningful insights that support sound management decisions. You will work closely with the Controller, department leaders, and senior management to ensure budgets are accurate, well-monitored, and aligned with organizational goals.

    Whether you are a hands-on financial analyst ready to step into a supervisory role, or an experienced finance leader prepared to manage and guide a team, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.

    What You'll Do

    • Analyze accounting and financial data to support budget preparation and financial planning
    • Prepare budget drafts, performance reports, variance analyses, and other management reports
    • Monitor budget utilization and provide timely insights on financial performance
    • Partner with department heads to support budget planning and performance reviews
    • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reports
    • Support the Controller in financial analysis and strategic planning initiatives
    • For Manager-level roles:
    • Lead and develop the Financial Management Team
    • Oversee the end-to-end budgeting and financial management process
    • Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making

    What We're Looking For

    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred
    • Non-CPA candidates must have at least 2–3 years of relevant experience in budgeting, financial management, accounting, or a related field
    • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline
    • Strong understanding of budgeting, financial analysis, and financial reporting
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems is a plus
    • Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
    • Leadership potential and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
    • For Manager-level consideration: experience in leading or supervising a team is an advantage
