Job Description

. Use social media networks to look for and connect with potential candidates
. Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
. Collaborate with the Corporate Recruiting Managers and Manager of Talent Acquisition to identify each position's requirements
. Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
. Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases
. Attending onboarding meetings with new clients to obtain valuable insight in to the position
. Adhere to all daily, weekly, and monthly Sourcing KPI metrics

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years and 1+ year(s) of experience with exposure to architecture and engineering
• Able to do 50 builds a day.
• Proficient with different sourcing platforms especially LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Pro
• Should be familiar with different contact finding tools
• Experienced with Boolean search and strings
• Source 150 or more quality cdds via LinkedIn
• Should be familiar with passive and active sourcing
• RecruiterFlow is the CRM their using but they're willing to provide training. Open to any CRM or ATS
• Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
• The ability to work in a team environment and has the ability to be coached
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Technical acumen with online platforms and the ability to navigate various websites

Additional Qualifications outside of requirements

• Proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Sourcer or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other Human Resources Management software
• Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases
