Job summary
In-charge of the e-commerce website and its day-to-day operations Expertise in Shopify is a plus Manage other e-commerce platforms and execute strategies to increase traffic conversion rate and sales Ensure product assortment are competitive up-to-date and aligned with the business strategy Monitor inventory level and create demand planning to have high availability-to-purchase (ATP) in the website Generate monthly reports and analyze data for any recommendation and action plans Daily monitoring of sales and stores managed to reach monthly KPIs Preparation of documents needed on handled platforms memos BSPs activities etc Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and day-to-day operations
