    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the production department.
    • Supports managers, employees and staff through a variety of tasks related to production, in particular.
    • Able to learn quickly and address concerns effectively
    • Determined to get the job done and resourceful through multi-tasking and proactive thinking.
    • Detail-oriented to catch potential typos and/or grammatical errors to ensure work is accurate and trustworthy
    • Able to anticipate needs and complete important tasks without needing to be asked.
    • Responsible for accurate and time sensitive reporting.

    Skills:

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
    • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
    • Proficient in MS Excel
    • Knowledge in using Google Drive and Google SheetNote: Inexperienced applicants must be willing to undergo training.
