We're Hiring: IT Support Specialist

Role Overview:

Join our team as an IT Support Specialist at Lendflow, a leader in embedded credit infrastructure innovation. You will provide crucial support, ensuring efficient operation of our primarily Apple-based infrastructure and maintaining our technological backbone.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support within the team
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, hardware, and network systems
• Manage setups, configurations, and maintenance of MacBooks and other IT equipment
• Document IT support cases and follow up on resolutions
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline support processes and improve user satisfaction

Compensation:

• Salary: PHP 30,000 per month
• Quarterly Bonus: 10% of monthly salary

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an IT support desk role
• Strong expertise and experience in managing and troubleshooting MacBooks
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Great communication skills, with proficiency in explaining complex technical issues to non-technical team members
• Required degree: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
