Job Mission / Purpose:

Responsible for the over-all property management requirements of the estate and commercial assets within the estate – done in collaboration and support with the respective Operations Heads of each asset.

Responsible for the development, approval, implementation and over-all operations of the PMT services business to external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supports the property management requirements of the Estate, Industrial Business Unit (IBU) and Commercial Business Unit (CBU) assets.
• Provides property management services to Estate Operations, IBU Operations and CBU Operations.
• Develop and propose property management services business plan for management's approval.
• Oversee the operations of the property management services business unit once operational.
• Administers all contract provisions with clients/locators/service during operations.
• Ensures compliance to all commercial and legal obligations of customers/locators.
• Approves locator requests and requirements.
• Coordinates regularly (daily if necessary) with Finance, billing and collection.
• Coordinates regularly (daily if necessary) with the Inventory Generation Group to ensure complete documentation of land requirements.
• Coordinates regularly (daily if necessary) with Legal.
• Ensures compliance to related regulatory compliances.
• Manage team budget.
