The Sales Representative – Seafoods is responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion of the company's frozen and fresh seafood products. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent service to hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, and food traders.
As part of Golden Acres' commitment to Consistency, Coverage, and Care, the Sales Representative plays a vital role in strengthening customer partnerships and increasing brand presence in the food service industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new accounts in HORECA, supermarkets, and general trade.
- Promote and sell frozen and fresh seafood products.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular client visits and product presentations.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and volume agreements.
2. Account Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Monitor customer orders, payment status, and delivery coordination.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales service.
- Ensure high level of client satisfaction and retention.
3. Market Monitoring
- Track competitor pricing, promotions, and product movements.
- Identify market trends and opportunities for new seafood products.
- Provide regular sales and market reports to management.
4. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and purchasing teams to ensure product availability.
- Submit accurate sales forecasts and activity reports.
- Assist in collection and ensure accounts are within credit terms.
