Paglalarawan

• College degree in business administration or its equivalent.
• Industry relevant manufacturing experience minimum of 5 years
• Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
• Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practice
• Knowledge of human resource principles and practices
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices
• Physically and mentally fit preferably assertive, pro-active, open minded, with good communication skills and can work with less supervision
• Knowledge of quality systems and standards Experience in an ISO certified company. Knowledgeable with Health, Sanitation, Food Safety, GMP and HACCP practices
