    Job Overview

    We are seeking a talented and motivated Internal Recruiter to join our team. As an Internal Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for our organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.) to identify and engage potential candidates for open positions.

    2. Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit to determine suitability for positions.

    3. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.

    4. Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them informed about their application status and provide a positive candidate experience.

    5. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, talent pools, and competitors to make informed decisions in the hiring process.

    6. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.

    7. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant databases.

    8. Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on recruitment metrics and project progress to stakeholders.

    9. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and team members to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field preferred.

    At least 2 years of proven experience as an Internal Recruiter or similar role.

    Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

    Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

    Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

    Results-driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

    Worked with staffing company is a must.
