A Retail Business Counselor is the one who is responsible in providing guidance and assistance to the dealers and partners of the retail fuel business. This role is concerned with two primary objectives: (1) promoting revenue growth by guaranteeing that the target volume of products is sold and (2) safeguarding the brand reputation by ensuring strict compliance to its standard operating procedures.

TO-DO LIST (Can you do these)

• Formulate fruitful business development strategies to ensure long-term success.
• Set standards and objectives for retail fuel stations.
• Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency.
• Lead a team of store managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals.
• Undertake sound financial management to ensure that retail fuel stations are profitable and stay within budget.
• Ensure compliance with company's policies and operational guidelines.
• Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions.
• Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it.
• Report to senior executives on progress and issues.
• Assist upper management in decisions for expansion or acquisition.

CHECKLIST (Do you have these)

• At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in industrial sales (e. g. petroleum/ FMCG)
• Preferably at least 3 years of experience in industrial sales management
