E-Commerce Assistant, be 100% YOU with MicroSourcing

An E-Commerce Assistant is expected to:

• Copying and formatting data into Excel spreadsheets for bulk uploading
• Editing existing products, including adding attributes to product forms in spreadsheets and uploading changes
• Updating images through live editing on the website and bulk editing in Excel
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers to source product data and imagery
• Uploading formatted spreadsheets to the website using FTP and RapidFlow
• Enhancing product content and ensuring accurate representation and categorization on the website
• Cross-referencing multiple spreadsheets using functions like V-Lookup in Excel
• Managing product merchandising, featuring best sellers/promoted products on the home page and category landing pages
• Scheduling and preparing content and assets for campaigns
• Creating and modifying content for product pages and category pages
• Developing campaign-specific landing pages and content
• Ensuring timely uploading and publishing/unpublishing of all campaign-related content on the site
• Keeping online promotional material current and up-to-date
• Ensuring a competitive advantage by being first or equally first to market with relevant new product releases
• Conducting site testing to support the eCommerce Manager and Lead Software Developer
• Performing digital marketing tasks
• Ad hoc reporting as necessary
• Meeting all product-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

What it takes to be part of our team:

• Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a focus on V-Lookup functionality
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), preferably Magento 2
• Successful completion of Year 10 – Secondary School
• University degree in a related discipline
• Basic image editing skills and understanding of web image formats
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets
• High attention to detail and the ability to thoroughly review and validate one's work
• Previous experience in data entry
• Proficiency in reading and writing in English (UK)
