Program Overview
We are seeking passionate and driven ECE and EE graduates to join our Power Electronics Graduate Program—a unique career development opportunity where you begin your journey as an Electronics Engineer while pursuing advanced studies at Mapúa University, fully sponsored by Advanced Energy.
Eligibility
- Open to graduates of Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) and Electrical Engineering (EE)
- Must be eager to resume academic studies and pursue a Diploma in Power Electronics, with all academic expenses fully covered by Advanced Energy
- Must be willing to attend the onsite exam and interview at AE's Design Center Office in Eastwood City, Quezon City
What to Expect
- Successful applicants will be hired as Electronics Engineers on a probationary status effective April 1, 2026, in time with the start of classes at Mapúa University
- Participants will undergo a full-time, 1-year Diploma in Power Electronics program at Mapúa University, followed by a 6-month post-thesis OJT across various engineering departments
- You will be employed full-time and will receive full salary and benefits throughout the entire duration of your studies and training
Training & Development
- Technical training sessions at AE's Design Center in Eastwood.
- Factory immersion, mentorship from industry experts, and hands-on technical workshops
