Job summary
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing candidates to extending job offers ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all candidates and hiring managers involved Administer online assessments and support candidates with Workday application completion and system navigation Deliver a positive candidate experience by providing clear accurate and timely communication throughout the recruitment process Conduct HR interviews for rank-and-file and supervisory positions ensuring alignment with role requirements and organizational standards Ensure timely completion accuracy and compliance of all pre-employment requirements including verification and collection of required documentation Lead sourcing employer branding initiatives by promoting the organization to prospective candidates developing strategies to expand strengthen the talent pipeline Drive project management initiatives leading BU project-related calls developing executing sustaining continuous improvement efforts Build maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers local operations Business Units supporting workforce planning hiring goals Collaborate leadership tracking maintaining accuracy recruitingrelated data provide insights recommend improvements data management practices Act Officer-Charge assigned roles supported divisions as needed continuity operational effectiveness Represent Talent Acquisition in project discussions calibration sessions cross-functional meetings
