    The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and overall performance of assigned properties. This includes tenant relations, financial management, compliance, and ensuring that the property meets company standards and profitability targets.

    1. Property Operations

    • Oversee day-to-day property management activities.
    • Ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with local regulations.
    • Conduct regular property inspections.
    • Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors and service providers.

    2. Tenant Relations

    • Manage tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
    • Oversee lease administration, renewals, and terminations.
    • Ensure high tenant satisfaction and retention.
    • Handle move-ins and move-outs procedures.

    3. Financial Management

    • Prepare and manage property budgets.
    • Monitor rental collections and follow up on delinquencies.
    • Review and approve invoices and expenses.
    • Generate monthly financial and operational reports.

    4. Leasing & Occupancy

    • Ensure high occupancy rates.
    • Coordinate with marketing/leasing teams for tenant acquisition.
    • Review and approve lease agreements.

    5. Compliance & Documentation

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
    • Maintain accurate tenant and property records.
    • Prepare reports for management review.

    6. Team Coordination

    • Supervise property staff (if applicable).
    • Coordinate with Accounting, Engineering, and Admin teams.
    • Work closely with upper management regarding property performance.
