JOB SUMMARY
The Operations Logistics Coordinator supports end-to-end logistics operations to ensure timely preparation, distribution, and return of assessment materials across testing sites. The role involves warehouse and inventory management, printing coordination, data and budget support, and cross-departmental coordination within the operations team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor day-to-day logistics and operations
- Manage warehouse inventory, supplies, and materials
- Coordinate internal and external printing requirements
- Provide data and budget monitoring support
- Assist in manpower and capacity planning
- Perform general administrative and operations support tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Education Administration, or related field (preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or fulfillment
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with inventory systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Knowledge of data privacy or secure test administration is an advantage
