As an Invoice Billing Patient Pay, you will oversee the crucial process of managing invoices and claims for both primary and secondary insurances, as well as verifying current eligibility status. Your responsibilities will include reviewing invoices, filing claims, and ensuring that all invoices are filed in a timely and accurate manner.

• Excellent verbal and oral English skills, fluent in providing explanation and deliver positive scripting
  
• Problem-solving skills - ability to handle issues and complaints in a courteous and professional manner
